Strategic Sourcing Leader

A high-impact leader is needed to transform sourcing strategies and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Development, and CTO Office teams to align supplier capabilities with the technology roadmap.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and risk.
  • Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and evaluate them based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), on-time delivery, technical support, and inventory commitment.
Supplier Performance and Development:

Drive supplier consolidation, self-qualification programs, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) to improve service levels and reduce overhead.

Establish robust qualification frameworks with support from Supplier Quality and DFM teams.

Cost Optimization:

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the lifecycle: component reuse, modular design, tier pricing, localization, and raw material standardization.

Operational Excellence:

Support new product introduction (NPI) with agile sourcing practices that balance compliance with speed.
