• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client communication, providing expert advice and supervision to guarantee project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate regular communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Management
  • Oversee assigned projects, developing detailed plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project management team, design team, and procurement team.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Regularly update project stakeholders on progress and milestones.
• Supplier and Contractor Coordination
  • Verify and confirm quotations from suppliers and contractors, focusing on indent items.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Change Management and Crisis Mitigation
  • Assist in managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure all project plans and documents are submitted for approval before work commences.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site marking and inspections prior to work commencement, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Oversee site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Site Management
  • Foster a collaborative working environment to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Ensure effective communication with vendors and subcontractors for successful project delivery.
  • Implement quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of workmanship throughout the project.
• Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
  • Generate regular reports on project status, including progress, issues, and solutions.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance, taking proactive measures to control costs and maximize profitability.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, or a relevant discipline is required.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of local experience in large-scale projects (commercial / space / retail / F&B).
• Strong project management and site coordination skills are essential.
