We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations and Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall control of all activities and operations in store, including purchasing and scheduling of goods delivery, administrative work on purchasing documents, and ensuring that all equipment is in good, serviceable, and safe conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan for improving operations efficiency and ensure consistency of product quality.
  • Conduct inspection for incoming goods to store to ensure products from suppliers meet requirements.
  • Ensure storage area is neat, dry, tidy, and free of safety hazards at all times.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators on order requisitions and delivery schedules.
  • Compile and check billing of invoices to quotations/previous billings for accuracy of prices and completeness of delivery.
  • Circulate invoices and delivery orders to relevant departments and superiors for review, approval, and processing.
  • Perform cost control, price analysis, supplier sourcing & purchasing of material and equipment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
