Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance with company SOPs
  • Source and procure materials or equipment according to project requirements
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, operations teams, and other departments
  • Generate purchase orders and forward them to respective suppliers
  • Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support operations
  • Coordinate with the store to check stock levels as required and place orders as needed
  • Prepare and distribute procurement and delivery reports to relevant departments timely
  • Stay abreast of market and price situations, conducting regular price comparisons

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • A result-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Initiative, keen to learn, and a can-do attitude with good team player skills
  • Ability to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
