Job Title: Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bill of quantities for tendering of subcontract packages including sourcing out of subcontractors/suppliers;

  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors/suppliers and manage the contract agreement process;

  • Monitor costs and ensure adherence to contract specifications and drawings.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Knowledge of procurement principles and practices;

  • Familiarity with contract law and negotiation techniques.
