Procurement Specialist Opportunity

Job Description:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing all procurement activities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. This includes administering tenders, drafting specifications, publishing advertisements, conducting evaluations, seeking approvals, contracting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles, experience in using procurement systems, and excellent organizational and communication skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum degree with 3 years' relevant working experience or diploma with 5 years' experience.
  • Experience in administering tenders and using procurement systems.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
