Job Title: Store Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of store activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the store management team to ensure seamless execution of store activities.
  • Receive and issue materials as required, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock control.
  • Pick and pack items for delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company health and safety standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Working Hours and Conditions

Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Saturday (8:30 am - 1:00 pm)

Location

Geylang Bahru
