Job Description

The role of Programme Coordinator is a vital position that requires administrative and logistical support to the youth ministry. The successful candidate will provide coordination and execution services for various events, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the youth ministry.
  • Assist in weekly youth service operations, including rostering volunteers and coordinating service order.
  • Support Youth Small Group (YSG) time by booking rooms and coordinating with other ministries.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma holders or above.
  2. Experience in operating current audio-visual and sound/light equipment is an advantage.
  3. A pastoral heart for young people.
  4. Minimum 5 years of working experience.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and others.
  6. Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom, MS Teams, and others.
  7. Ability to work non-traditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and overnight camps.
  8. Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
