Youth Ministry Overview


We are seeking a skilled and passionate leader to join our team as a key member of our community. This is an exceptional opportunity to engage, equip, and empower Christ-like disciples among youth (ages 11–21).


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead weekly youth services, Bible studies, and discipleship groups with a firm theological foundation.
  • Organize camps, outreach events, retreats, and mission projects for youth.
  • Mentor a team of youth leaders and prepare them for ministry works and service within our community.
  • Develop a family-friendly ministry with youths and their families in the spiritual development and growth of the youths.
  • Provide leadership, direction, training, and oversight for the youth ministry in alignment with our vision.
  • Partner with pastors and ministry heads in church-wide initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and manage plans/programmes for the spiritual formation and maturation of the youths, including pastoral care and counselling.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • A mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Passion and calling for youth ministry.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Christian Ministry, Theology, or related field (in progress candidates may also apply).
  • Previous experience working with youths in a church or para-church setting is preferred.
  • Ability to teach and disciple young people with theological soundness and cultural relevance.
  • A heart for pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership development.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
