Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to lead our youth ministry. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for young people, strong biblical grounding, and a passion for mentoring future leaders.

The role involves planning and leading weekly youth services, Bible studies, and discipleship groups based on a firm theological foundation. It also includes organizing camps, outreach events, retreats, and mission projects for youth, developing and mentoring a team of youth leaders, and building a family-friendly ministry with youths and their families.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a mature relationship with Jesus Christ, a passion and calling for youth ministry, and a minimum Diploma or Degree in Christian Ministry, Theology, or related field. Previous experience working with youths is preferred, as well as the ability to teach and disciple young people with theological soundness and cultural relevance.
