About the Role: As a Senior Executive, Research Grant Administration, you will provide support to the administrative team on all research matters. Your key responsibilities will include assisting the Human Resource Business Partner with day-to-day operations on research staff recruitment, contract renewals, transfer, re-designation/upgrading for research projects; maintaining research staff data and providing status updates and reports to various units periodically and on ad-hoc basis; providing administrative support to faculty appraisal committee on research dimension; pre-award and post-award research grant administration; and attending to over-the-counter queries in the research office.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree with 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution. You should also have prior experience in grant management/research compliance/research administration, be proficient in office IT appliances and Microsoft Office Suite of applications, and possess system and data-savviness. A meticulous and organized individual with an eye for detail and a service-oriented mindset is essential. Additionally, you should have good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, be able to engage and collaborate with people at different levels of the organization, and have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum supervision and tight deadlines.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
