We are seeking a skilled Andrology Specialist to perform diagnostic semen analysis tests and contribute to the smooth functioning of our laboratory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform all semen diagnostic tests in accordance with established laboratory protocols
- Receive and register lab specimens
- Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns
- Ensure compliance with good laboratory practice and safety requirements
- Assist with quality assurance programs, equipment maintenance, and general administration tasks
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Science, or equivalent
- Relevant experience in diagnostic molecular biology is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Semen Analysis: Perform detailed microscopic and macroscopic examinations of semen, including sperm count, motility, morphology, DNA fragmentation, and other factors essential for evaluating male fertility
• Specimen Collection and Handling: Ensure proper collection, labeling, and handling of delicate and sensitive reproductive specimens to preserve sample integrity
• Use and Maintenance of Specialized Equipment: Operate specialized devices such as microscopes, centrifuges, etc.
