Lead Data Analyst

The role involves overseeing projects that involve the analysis of large datasets to develop cancer diagnosis products.

This position requires collaboration with various teams including clinical, assay development, and product teams to provide guidance on project direction and design using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of data using machine learning and statistical methods.
  • Identify hidden information in data; present results in a logical and coherent manner to facilitate content creation.
  • Use data analysis to identify novel biomarkers for cancers or develop models for diagnostic tests.
  • Integrate omics data with radiomics from CT and X-Ray images using deep learning.
  • Develop analytics tools and methods for better understanding of data and quality control.
  • Facilitate experiment design and execution with statistical insights.
  • Support other commercial activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PhD/MSc. in a related science background.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing multi-marker diagnostic models, including data processing and machine learning.
  • Good understanding of diagnostic biomarker discovery and optimization.
  • Good coding skills.
  • In-depth experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) is desired.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.

This position demands expertise in machine learning, statistics, and programming languages such as Python or R. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
