Advanced Data Analyst RoleAbout the Position

This is a senior-level position that involves leading projects from data exploration to develop cancer diagnosis products.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project direction and design using data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis on data using machine learning and statistical methods.
  • Discover hidden information in data and present results to facilitate scientific content creation.
  • Identify novel biomarkers for cancers or develop models for multi-marker diagnostic tests.
  • Work with deep learning to integrate omics data with radiomics from CT and X-Ray images.
  • Develop analytics tools and methods for understanding data and improving data quality.
  • Facilitate experiment design and execution with statistical insights.
Requirements

PhD/MSc in a related science background.

Experience in developing multi-marker diagnostic models, including data processing and machine learning.

Good understanding of diagnostic biomarker discovery and biomarker panel optimization.

Good coding skills.

In-depth experience with NGS and circulating nucleic acid analysis is desired.
