We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager for Digital Services to join our team at Schneider Electric. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Data Centre clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our digital services.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on integrating our products into their operations. Your expertise will help customers achieve their operational goals and drive adoption of our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, with a focus on Data Centres or IT infrastructure solutions. They will possess in-depth knowledge of Data Centre operations, including power, cooling, IT infrastructure, and energy management.

In this position, you will work closely with sales and technical teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our digital services. You will also assist customers in optimizing their existing infrastructure, identifying cost savings, and improving overall performance.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
