As a key business development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives. Your role will involve developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that leverages your excellent commercial acumen and ability to work independently.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to source, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within a designated territory. You will establish strong relationships with these partners to drive revenue growth and achieve targeted business objectives.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and executing the business-to-business go-to-market strategy
  • Guiding, coaching, and mentoring existing partners
  • Designing and implementing effective sales methodologies and demand generation strategies
  • SUPPORTING PARTNERS IN ACHIEVING OR SURPASSING ASSIGNED SALES TARGETS AND STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

You will also be responsible for:

  • STAYING UP TO DATE WITH LOCAL INDUSTRY STANDARDS, SYSTEMS, TRENDS, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES
  • LEVERAGING SALESFORCE TO ACCURATELY TRACK AND REPORT CUSTOMER TRENDS AND PROJECTED SALES
  • CROSS-Functional COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE PARTNER AND CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS ARE MET OR EXCEEDED
