
Key Business Development Professional

As a key business development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives. Your role will involve developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that leverages your excellent commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to source, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within a designated territory. You will establish strong relationships with these partners to drive revenue growth and achieve targeted business objectives.
Your duties will include:
- Developing and executing the business-to-business go-to-market strategy
- Guiding, coaching, and mentoring existing partners
- Designing and implementing effective sales methodologies and demand generation strategies
- SUPPORTING PARTNERS IN ACHIEVING OR SURPASSING ASSIGNED SALES TARGETS AND STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
You will also be responsible for:
- STAYING UP TO DATE WITH LOCAL INDUSTRY STANDARDS, SYSTEMS, TRENDS, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES
- LEVERAGING SALESFORCE TO ACCURATELY TRACK AND REPORT CUSTOMER TRENDS AND PROJECTED SALES
- CROSS-Functional COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE PARTNER AND CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS ARE MET OR EXCEEDED
