On behalf of one of its clients, a market research agency, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a
**Market / Business Development Professional & Key Account Manager Asia**
In Asia, they have two offices, one in Singapore and one in Shanghai from where they serve international clients, primarily from the FMCG sector.

Your knowledge of the market research industry and Asian clients’ needs will pave the road to success. This position will be located in the Singapore office.
Our client is looking for a talented individual Business Development Professional for Asia and Account Manager of one of their top 5 clients
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Business Development Professional - 70%**
- Create relationships with new and lapsed clients through a combination of your own prospecting, leveraging your existing network, and pursuing leads provided by the company
- Acquiring new accounts
- Selling new services to existing clients
- Be part of the Global Market Development Group and work with the head of Asia and China Country Manager to drive the development and execution of the strategic sales revenue plan in Asia
- Work closely with the Region Manager in planning and executing of local marketing campaigns and activities
- Write proposals that clearly convey recommended designs and analytic plans
- Contribute to the evolving sales processes through collaborative best practices
- Coordinate with internal research teams to deliver best in class reports highlighting business outcomes
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
**Account Manager - 30%**
- Serve as the lead point of contact for account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our client's projects according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with lapsed categories and/or identify areas of improvement to meet objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Finalize reports of key projects with the research team
- Participate and/ or present results of key projects
**Requirements**:
- Passion for sales, marketing, and technology with a proven track record of delighting clients and growing business
- 5 years of experience selling Market Research, with a focus on qualitative and quantitative data collection (supplier/agency side preferred)
- Excellent listening, negotiation, “closing” and presentation abilities
- Strong English writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to learn fast, multitask and respond quickly to a wide variety of needs; can manage pressure and is stress resistant
- Ability to manage through complex situations
- Curious about new technologies and innovative tools/ methodologies
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
