Job Title: Customer Success Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance within established timeframes to prevent downtime.
- Respond to technical issues by communicating with engineers and participating in escalation calls.
- Verify system equipment quality and assist senior engineers as needed.
- Apply diagnostic techniques and use documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems using training and experience to identify process, software or hardware related system problems.
The Customer Success Specialist will also participate in projects to reduce costs and increase uptime, while striving to perform best known methods (BKM's) and following all intellectual property (IP) guidelines. They will assume responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within their work area, assist in planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customer management, and comply with all safety procedures.
