What You Will Do:
APD Process Owner for Customer Value Agreement
- Guide Caterpillar field representatives to conduct assessment on dealers' end-to-end Customer Value Agreements (CVA) process to identify and close dealer's execution gaps.
- Guide Caterpillar field representatives to conduct dealer CVA Capacity & Capability analysis to identify and close capacity resources and capability required by dealers to deliver targets agreed in Services Growth Plans (SGP)
- Primary contact for Caterpillar field representatives as subject matter expertise on CVA operations
- Lead execution & deployment for Equipment Condition Monitoring (CM) Enabled Solutions Project (CM Capacity & Capability)
- Representing APD voice in global meetings on CM Dealer Readiness Tool Development, and validating with Dealers in field Capacity Projection Tool
- Guide Caterpillar field representatives to conduct assessment on all APD Priority dealers' CM operations so as to identify and close dealer's execution gaps, using CM Guidebook and CM Readiness Tool/assessment
- Strategic Alignment: Facilitate cross matrix collaboration in order to progress CM Enabled Solutions and CVA execution effectiveness.
- Prioritization: Collaborate with internal business units to establish order of priority for Dealer engagement
- Execution: Lead development of corrective actions and support internal industry teams & Districts with execution
- Governance: Represent APD on regular collaboration & performance meetings with business partners.
- Influence: Ability to leverage specialists in various aspects of CVA delivery (SFM, lead generation, digital, service operations)
- Collaboration: Superior collaborative interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues and persuade dealership partners and Caterpillar to take specific actions and/or change methods
- Project Management: Experience with detailed dealer assessments and prioritized projects for dealer gap closure
- Business Acumen: Established dealer network/relationships and operational credibility based on past interactions; Strong commercial & operations principles
- Solid Caterpillar Dealer facing experience. Experience with company products, product applications, service operations, systems and equipment management methodologies
- This role requires travelling up to 30% of the time.
- This position requires working onsite five days a week.
