As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering deep customer insights and developing AI/ML solutions that drive business value across various product lines. Your work will enable the identification of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, support personalized engagement strategies, and inform data-driven decisions to unlock new revenue streams and enhance customer lifetime value.

This role sits at the intersection of data, AI/ML, and marketing, serving as a key enabler in translating the company's AI vision into impactful, data-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and operationalize machine learning models and GenAI applications that are deeply integrated into enterprise platforms and architected for scalability and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading data science initiatives to identify high-value opportunities and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions
  • Designing, building, and integrating analytical models into a customer-centric decision engine
  • Applying cutting-edge techniques to uncover insights on customer behavior, life stages, affluence, and interests across products and services
  • Delivering actionable recommendations to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
  • Communicating complex analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including modular code design, reproducibility, and testing
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems through data analysis
