Overview
The mission of AI Business Solutions - Biz Process is to help customers digitally transform their businesses, driving new revenue sources, enhancing customer service, and optimizing business operations for increased profitability. As part of the India and South Asia Business Applications Solutions team, we are looking for a skilled AI Business Solution Engineer specializing in Low Code, RPA, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in low code/no code platforms, experience in implementing RPA solutions, and familiarity with Agentic AI development.
In the role of AI Business Solution Engineer - Power Platform, you will leverage your technical proficiency to assist Microsoft customers in evaluating Low Code solutions effectively. This position offers the opportunity to propel your career growth, enhance business acumen, refine selling skills, and gain expertise in deal structuring. The role may involve up to 50% travel outside your base location.
Role
As the Solution Engineer for your assigned workload, you will collaborate with the sales team, Solution Specialist, Customer Success Unit, partners, and engineering to advance the pipeline. Your responsibilities will include qualifying deals, developing strategies, engaging decision-makers, designing solutions, delivering industry-aligned demonstrations, and coordinating with partners for implementation. Your goal is to secure customers' solution design endorsement and support the Solution Specialist in finalizing proposals.
Responsibilities
Drive pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities and securing customers' endorsement
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise
Stay updated on RPA, Agentic AI, low code/no code, and Power Platform technologies
Engage with partners to facilitate project resources and processes
Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Microsoft Power Platform value
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant experience
Exposure to Enterprise automation technologies, pro-code and low-code platforms, Azure AI Studio, etc.
Extensive experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management
Proficiency in solution pre-sales, business value selling methodologies, and competitive displacement
Strong communication skills and the ability to drive customer value through technology solutions
Education
Continuously expand domain knowledge through communication with customers, partners, and colleagues
Demonstrate products to enhance internal teams' understanding of solutions and opportunities
Engage in tech community events to stay informed and act as a mentor in your technology area
