Roles & Responsibilities

Our Client is a leading organization in the communications and cyber security sector. They are seeking a skilled professional to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting advertisements and liaising with recruitment agencies
* Collaborate with hiring divisions and internal HR to schedule interviews
* Contact candidates to schedule interview sessions
* Administer tests as part of the selection process
* Follow up with candidates on various matters
* Track candidate information in Excel
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Minimum diploma in any field
* Meticulous with details, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Prior relevant experience in the job scope is an advantage
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
* Ability to start immediately or within short notice

Working Hours:

* Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break)
* 1 Year Contract. Ad Hoc.
* City Hall MRT
