About our client: Our client is a global engineering services company providing services for projects in the Oil, Gas & Chemicals, Mining, Power & Process, and Environment & Infrastructure markets.
About the role:
Work Location: Alexandra (Central)
This role is a temporary / ad hoc assignment (ie. to cover for Staff on leave or MC) on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be paid an hourly rate.
- Answering of telephone calls
- Outgoing mails-postage reconciliation
- Coordinating of meeting rooms
- Registration of visitors pass
- Taxi bookings
- Receiving of documents on behalf of DMG department whenever they are shorthanded
- Maintenance of the registration printer
- Arranging of trunk calls
- The collection point for letters/cheques by Accounts to clients
About you:
- Able to commit to temporary / ad hoc assignment (ie. to cover for Staff on leave or MC)
- Completed At least GCE “O” Levels
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
