Job Responsibilities Manage Reception area and Visitor Management activities and directing them to the appropriate team. Meet and greet all visitors politely and attend to any queries promptly. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls. Receive and/or pick up packages/documents from courier or mail services; sort and hand over item(s) to recipients. Provide administrative support and proper documentation necessary for daily operations. Assist with receptionist-related job scope and support event organizing. Responsible for the upkeep of the reception area. Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Management from time to time. Location: Punggol. Work Schedule: 5.5 workdays a week. Job Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / ITE certification in Business Administration / Commerce / Finance or relevant education. Minimum 2 years of Singapore working experience as a Receptionist / Front-Desk related job or Telephone Operator. Good PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, including the internet, e-mail functions & Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Ms Word).
