Job Title: Chief Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Close full set accounts, including AR, AP, GL, Taxation, and GST reporting
  • Prepare month-end financial and management reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Maintain accurate accounting records for audit purposes
  • Liaise with auditors on annual audits and financial schedules
  • Ensure internal controls, policies, processes, and procedures are followed
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the financial accounting team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CA)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in retail industry
  • Candidates with hands-on experience in MS Navision system an added advantage
  • Well-versed in accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
