About You

As a seasoned Transformation Coach and Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering organizations and professionals to navigate the complex journey of digital change.

With deep expertise in digital transformation and agile methodologies, you will inspire and guide learners through hands-on, practical approaches that deliver real transformation in their operations and culture.

  • You are an experienced and inspiring Coach with extensive knowledge in digital transformation, agile frameworks, and organizational change management.
  • You thrive at the intersection of technology and organizational change, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • You stay current with the latest developments in digital innovation, agile practices, and emerging business models, and you're excited to share these insights with learners who are eager to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing business landscape.
  • You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in training, coaching, or facilitation in digital transformation, agile methodologies, or organizational change.
  • You're driven by a desire to equip others with the skills, mindset, and confidence to lead successful digital and agile transformations.
Job Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Transformation Coach and Trainer who is passionate about sharing knowledge and developing people.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and delivering exceptional learning experiences using active, project-based learning approaches.
  2. Building, refining, and updating the learners' syllabus and curriculum, including learning materials, projects, assignments, and assessments.
  3. Developing courseware, supplemental written materials, and learning content to ensure learners effectively gain the skills covered under each topic.
  4. Providing one-on-one coaching to learners, usually delivered online via Zoom, and providing compassionate, constructive feedback to learners.
  5. Actively contributing to our growing global community and working effectively with all members of our global team.
