Job Title: Transformation Catalyst

Transform Your Organization with Agile Systems Development

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transformation Catalyst to join our team. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in driving squads and stakeholders towards adopting agile systems development methodology and ways of working.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive Adoption and Change Management: Spearhead mindset and behavior change, advocate agile and lean values, and promote best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and Address Impediments: Propose creative initiatives, execution plans, and success metrics to overcome obstacles and dependencies, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Set strategic goals, milestones, and measure outcomes to boost team capability in agile ways of working, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Discuss and improve project health, quality, and value delivery by providing comprehensive advice on backlog refinement, user story creation, and feature planning, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Assess and Improve Systems: Work with multiple squads to assess current systems, develop strategies for enhanced adoption, and ensure timely agile events, maximizing organizational agility and responsiveness.
  • Lead Training Sessions: Create engaging training materials, lead workshops, and track attendance to make a lasting impact on team agility, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Measure Agile Performance: Contribute to the creation and utilization of agile delivery metrics, surveys, and observations to drive continuous improvement, ensuring data-driven decision making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Agile Methodologies: Significant experience in coaching multiple squads and scaling agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Presentation and Communication: Enhanced presentation skills to prepare and deliver concise slides to complex audiences, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Productivity Tools: Admin-level knowledge and experience in commonly used tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD, Bitbucket, Git, and Jenkins, ensuring seamless workflow management.
