Job Title:

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough reconciliation of supplier statements, AP aging, and open purchase orders.
- Validate and process vendor invoices efficiently.
- Prepare and enter accounts payable entries into our system, accurately coding them to the correct cost center or GL account.
- Execute various journal entries to maintain our financial records up-to-date.

Location:
Beach Road, near Bugis MRT station.

Working Hours:
5 days a week, Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM.

Tyres industry.
