Job Title
Technology Powerhouse Manager

The Technology Powerhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the theatre's digital infrastructure. This includes managing all venue IT systems, ensuring system uptime and reliability, and coordinating with vendors to safeguard IMBA's data and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all IT infrastructure, networks, and AV/creative tech systems powering IMBA Theatre.
  • Manage hardware/software procurement, deployment, and lifecycle.

Cybersecurity:

  • Act as the primary liaison between IMBA and contracted cybersecurity partners.
  • Ensure vendors deliver on CTO-as-a-Service obligations (policies, monitoring, incident response).

Operations & Support:

  • Provide Tier 2/3 IT support to internal teams.

Strategic & Growth:

  • Scale IT operations with IMBA's expansion and digital-first initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT management with demonstrated leadership in cybersecurity.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity systems, tools, and vendors.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and project delivery.
