We are seeking a skilled Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing and improving IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review current IT infrastructure and propose improvement plans to enhance overall performance.
  • Plan and implement work according to company policies, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain and support MS Windows servers, SAN Storages, and CISCO network infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
  • Develop and implement backup strategies for systems to prevent data loss.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in networking and IP telephony configuration.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Project management skills to oversee and manage multiple tasks.
