Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Infrastructure Specialist to lead our initiatives in APAC. The successful candidate will manage and deliver operations projects across Asia Pacific data centers, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver operations projects across Asia Pacific data centers.
  • Coordinate with Operations, IT, and external vendors to implement new processes, tools, and service improvements across regional sites.
  • Lead the rollout of global initiatives locally, including enhancements to maintenance processes and operational platforms.
  • Drive engagement with data center operations teams, securing buy-in and ensuring smooth adoption of new workflows.
  • Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, progress updates, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Travel periodically to data center sites in APAC to meet teams and oversee implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within data center operations or IT infrastructure environments.
Strong background coordinating cross-functional teams and managing vendors or service providers.
Familiarity with data center operations, maintenance processes, and IT/technical workflows.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project) and strong documentation discipline.
Excellent communication skills - polished, structured, and confident in engaging stakeholders across different levels and cultures.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are an advantage.
