Senior Digital Infrastructure Manager

To drive digital transformation and excellence in our manufacturing operations, we seek a highly skilled Senior Digital Infrastructure Manager. This key role will lead the deployment of site-wide digital infrastructure deployments, oversee industrial equipment integration into digital networks, and manage telephony system projects.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing digital infrastructure deployments, integrating industrial/manufacturing equipment with digital networks, and managing telephony projects. You will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of site-wide digital infrastructure deployments, ensuring all digital initiatives align with corporate IT architecture and security standards.

  • Develop and implement effective project governance, scope control, resource planning, and risk management processes.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate critical issues with actionable recommendations.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in managing digital infrastructure deployments (e.g., IT networks, server rooms, connectivity setups) in industrial environments.
  • Experience in integrating industrial/manufacturing equipment with digital networks (IT/OT convergence).
  • Experience managing telephony projects, including VoIP systems, unified communication tools, and hardware rollouts.
