Customer Service and Support Specialist

In this role as a Customer Service and Support Specialist at JONDAVIDSON PTE. LTD., you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing them with timely and effective support to resolve their queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Minimally Nitec qualifications in IT related disciplines are preferred but not required.
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles, preferably in technical or non-technical call center environments.
3. Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork spirit are essential for success in this position.
4. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to varying shifts is crucial.
5. Basic computer skills and typing proficiency are also important for daily tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
3. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word
5. Cantonese language skills are an added advantage
Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location considerations. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field.
