Customer Service Support Specialist

Lcentral is a reputable premier English specialist providing quality enrichment for students from N1 to P6 since 2008.
We are seeking a dynamic candidate as a full-time Customer Service Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the business and manage customer service relationships.
- Assist in student enrolments, scheduling classes, and record keeping.
- Establish excellent rapport with parents, children, and teachers.
- Maintain brand standards, ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
- Proficient in standard English.
- CUSTOMER-oriented.
- Bilingualism is an advantage.
- Able to work 5 days a week and start immediately.
The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Leadership, Classroom management, Travel Arrangements, Administrative Work, Literacy, Interpersonal Skills, Administrative Support, and Team Player.
