Programme Manager Position

As a Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of academic programmes across various levels. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless programme management, encompassing planning, scheduling, and assignment management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Programme planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for programme delivery, taking into account semester planning, subject scheduling, and resource allocation.
2. Assignment management: Oversee the creation, distribution, and collection of assignments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
3. Managing online platforms: Utilize digital tools to facilitate communication, monitoring, and data analysis, enhancing programme efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Liaising with Academic Heads: Foster strong relationships with academic leaders to align programme goals, objectives, and strategies.
5. Student Management: Provide exceptional support to students enrolled in various programmes, addressing queries, concerns, and needs throughout their academic journey.
6. Orientation and facilitation: Organize comprehensive orientation sessions and provide daily facilitation, responding to student inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
7. Attendance Tracking and Counseling: Monitor attendance records and offer counseling services to students as needed, promoting academic success and well-being.
8. Deferments/Transfers/Withdrawals and Results Release: Manage student records, facilitating deferments, transfers, withdrawals, and results releases while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
9. Data management and quarterly reports: Collect, analyze, and present programme data, producing actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
10. Logistics and Operations: Ensure smooth operations and logistics, coordinating term-specific activities, events, and ceremonies, such as graduation and student events.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
2. 'A' levels or diploma in any field
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Proven team player with a good work attitude
