Job Description

As a seasoned Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive maintenance training on machinery and equipment for end-users. This includes performing preventive maintenance on production department machinery, planning and executing tasks related to facilities, upgrading, and repairing machinery and equipment.

  • Conduct thorough maintenance training on machinery and equipment for end-users
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on production department machinery
  • Plan and execute tasks related to facilities, upgrading, and repairing machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot complex machinery malfunctions
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work
  • Identify and procure critical spares as needed
  • Arrange for proactive repair and replacement to minimize machine downtime
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum 3 years' working experience in CNC machines and equipment maintenance and repair works in the manufacturing environment
  • Working experience in building facilities in the manufacturing environment is highly advantageous
