Education Director Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the implementation of our curriculum and manage daily operations in line with school policies and quality standards.

  • A results-driven leader who can motivate teaching staff to develop and deliver a holistic bilingual curriculum;
  • An effective communicator who can build strong relationships with parents and handle administrative tasks to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the implementation of the school's curriculum and ensure its successful delivery;
  • To manage, motivate, and support teaching staff in their roles and responsibilities;
  • To communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports;
  • To handle all administrative tasks related to the center's operation and maintenance of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent qualification;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a center supervisor in a pre-school or childcare setting;
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage people effectively;
  • High sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic computer skills to effectively use software and tools for administrative tasks.
