Job Title: Early Childhood Education Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our preschool in providing exceptional early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mentoring, leadership, and compliance, with a diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership.

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring operational standards are met and regulations, guidelines, and policies from relevant agencies are adhered to.
  • Provide mentorship and support to teachers on conducting holistic lessons and caring for children.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for children and staff.
  • Manage centre enrollment and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership.
  • Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education.
  • Min 2-3 years of managerial experience as a director or principal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, managing centre enrollment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for educational programs.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to enhance teaching methods and improve student outcomes.
  3. Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports.
