Executive Search and Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Executive Search and Recruitment Specialist.
This role involves working closely with clients to identify their talent management needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent business acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or corporate industry, preferably with a good university degree in a related field. They will be passionate about staying up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Clients: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new corporate clients, identifying their recruitment needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Candidates: Identify and engage with senior-level candidates, building a strong network of professionals who can meet client needs.
- A good university degree, preferably in a field related to your specialization.
- At least 5 years of relevant recruitment and/or corporate industry experience.
- Business acumen to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
