Executive Search Consultant - Non-IT Specialist
As an Executive Search Consultant - Non-IT Specialist at Talent Steer Partners, you will play a crucial role in connecting exceptional leadership talent with leading organizations across various industries. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential candidates, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, building a strong network of industry contacts, assessing candidates, presenting qualified candidates to clients, managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful placements.You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends, maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts, continuously improve recruitment strategies, participate in team meetings, monitor recruitment metrics, and foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field, along with at least 3 years of experience in executive search or recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors.
