Job Description

We are seeking a talented Freelance Executive Search/Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven and self-motivated, with a strong track record in executive search and recruitment.

You will be responsible for delivering results in a commission-only structure, while leveraging your recruitment expertise to support business development activities.

The role involves partnering with senior consultants to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for mid- to senior-level roles across multiple industries.

You will also contribute to business development activities such as networking and client engagement, identifying potential leads, and occasionally engaging new clients.

  • Partner with senior consultants to support recruitment delivery.
  • Actively build and manage candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Support client search mandates by ensuring timely and accurate candidate submissions.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including networking and client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
  • Proven experience in executive search and recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage senior-level candidates.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable in a commission-only structure.
