We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Relationship Management Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule management: Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and other events with RMs and IMs.
  • Communication liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and communication.
  • Process support: Assist RMs and IMs in executing business processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
