Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support Specialist
Job Description:Our team is seeking a skilled CRM Support Specialist to join our ranks. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our users.
Key Responsibilities:- System Configuration and Management: Assist in maintaining and customizing our Slate database, including designing and updating application forms, automations, and portals for applicants and staff to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Support for CRM & Other Technologies: Provide support for our CRM and related technological systems as needed, including helping with configuration, troubleshooting, and system implementation after the initial Slate setup.
- Data Management: Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ensure smooth integration with campus systems such as the Student Information System (SIS).
- Familiarity with CRM systems: Experience working with customer relationship management systems, including their configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in software development languages, scripting languages, or other technical tools relevant to CRM systems.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
