Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in regional B2B sales, with 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or ESG/sustainability solutions.

A strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory landscapes is essential.

Demonstrated ability to build and close complex, high-value deals with channel partners and financial institutions is required.

Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams, are necessary.

A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and influence decision-makers, are must-haves.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong adaptability and execution focus, is required.

Based in Singapore, with a strong understanding of regional markets and the ability to travel as required, is essential.

Experience in using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms is a plus.

Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and the role of technology in accelerating ESG adoption is a requirement.
