Imaging Geophysicist Role

    Be part of a team dedicated to solving complex environmental challenges through geoscience. As an Imaging Geophysicist, you will work on processing projects, ensuring imaging steps are completed on time according to production schedules.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply technical knowledge to solve geophysical issues, learn imaging techniques deeply, and manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Suggest improvements to existing software, develop new technologies or workflows, and enhance products and services.
  • Handle a processing step in an imaging project, seeking guidance as needed to resolve geophysical problems.
  • Ensure quality control (QC) of products and report issues to Team/Project Leaders.
  • Set up, run, and monitor processing job decks.

    Requirements:

  • Broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to moderately complex assignments.
  • Entry to intermediate level professional contributor on projects or specialty teams.
  • Confident in using available software, tools, and techniques for advanced applications.
  • Plan and organize work tasks efficiently.

    Qualifications:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Geosciences, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related analytical discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
