**Job Summary**
The Salvation Army is seeking a skilled and compassionate Fundraising Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to acquire, nurture, engage, and retain donors.
- Develop and execute effective fundraising campaigns to increase donor database and income.
- Nurture relationships with major donors, corporations, trusts, and foundations through relationship management.
- Acquire and identify potential new donors/partnerships to increase funding.
- Assist in organizing charity events 4 times a year for RHQ and support additional events for the social centers.
- Develop new channels/partnerships for fundraising through webinars and corporate outreach.
- Increase yield of digital marketing channels.
- Responsible for administration and processing of funds collected.
- Build and grow database year on year.
- Prepare database for mailing of all appeals, PIC newsletter, event invitations, annual reports, desktop calendars, electronic mailers, and other mailings as required.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business, communications, public relations, or marketing.
- Proven experience in fundraising, business development, mass communication, digital marketing.
- Strong organization, communication, marketing, and graphic design skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Competency with online digital cloud tools.
- A heart of compassion for the vulnerable and a willingness to persevere and target driven.
