At FOO KON TAN LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the full spectrum of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for clients, maintaining confidentiality and upholding high standards of professionalism.
  • Ensure adherence to payroll-related legal and regulatory requirements, including CPF and IR8A.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or requests in a timely manner.
  • Handle IR21, NS Claims, and Government-paid claims submissions for clients with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with clients on payroll timelines and prepare float fund reconciliations as needed.
  • Participate in client meetings to review payroll operations, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc system upgrades and activities as required.
  • Ensure proper archiving of payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g. Timesoft) and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
