Job Title: Hall Operations Assistant

Job Description:
As a key member of our team, the Hall Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our prayer halls. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the halls, as well as assisting with various tasks related to worship and events.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the prayer halls, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Assist with setting up and decorating tables for worship and events
- Ensure that all necessary items are available for worship and events, including flowers, incense, and other offerings
- Assist with crowd control during peak times, ensuring the safety and comfort of devotees
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries and requests from devotees

Requirements:
- Primary level education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a religion environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings
