Regional Talent Strategist

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and deliver regional talent strategies, focusing on talent management and organizational development across multiple markets.
  • Develop succession planning processes, identify high-potential talent, and advise on leadership development programs tailored to business needs.
  • Work closely with business leaders to support performance enablement, team development, and long-term workforce planning.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in human resources with a strong foundation in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments and experienced working across multiple markets, ideally within Asia.
  • Ability to confidently engage senior leaders, influence decision-making, and build strong relationships across both business and HR teams.
