Facilities Maintenance Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

  • The incumbent will wash and clean handicapped toilets to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Sweeping and mopping building floor areas, including lift lobbies, swimming pool area, carpark, and ramp rubbish will also be part of the job.
  • Cleaning and wiping of lift panels, glass panels, and letterboxes is necessary to ensure they remain free of dirt.
  • Clearing common rubbish bins and washing surrounding bin centre, bins, and chambers is essential for maintaining cleanliness.
  • Preparing and packing cleaning equipment for next-day usage is a vital task.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • This role requires working days from Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm) with an optional half-day on Saturday or Sunday.
